Welcome to McMillan – Keith Hanna
We are pleased to announce that Keith Hanna will be joining the firm’s Financial Services Group in our Montreal office, effective September 4, 2018.
Keith received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa, and was called to the Quebec bar in 2006.
Among other things, Keith has acted for clients on matters including producing and negotiating loan offers, credit arrangements, financing documents and intercreditor agreements. He also spent more than 10 years with a provincial financing corporation advising on transactions related to corporate funding, equity investment, aircraft financing, bankruptcy and insolvency, as well as international matters.
