We are extremely pleased to announce that William (Bill) Wu will be re-joining the firm as a member of the Competition Group in our Toronto Office, effective September 10, 2018.

Bill received his J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2014, summered and articled with the firm, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2015.

Prior to returning to McMillan, Bill practiced competition and foreign investment review law with a prominent national firm. He acted for clients on merger reviews, supplementary information requests (where he has obtained particularly notable experience for his age and stage), competition litigation, internal investigations and consumer protection matters.
