Adelaide represents clients in manufacturing and motor vehicle industries on regulatory matters and advocates for them before regulatory agencies such as Health Canada, Transport Canada, Environment and Climate Change Canada, and Innovation, Science, and Economic Development Canada. She also assists clients with safety recalls and other regulatory reporting obligations.
Adelaide has experience representing clients in administrative proceedings before the Copyright Board of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal.
While at law school, Adelaide was a Dean of Law Entrance Scholar, received the Alex Kennedy Memorial Award for Insurance Law, and was awarded the Law Society of Upper Canada Prize for graduating among the top 15 students in her class.
