Bryan Bernal

Bryan Bernal is a law clerk in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group. Bryan oversees various aspects to commercial real estate files, such as examining title and off-title searches, drafting closing documents, arranging electronic documents for registration and compiling final reports.

Prior to joining the firm, Bryan worked as a law clerk in a boutique residential law firm, where he assisted lawyers with the purchasing, selling, and financing of single and multi-residential properties. Bryan also has extensive experience with organizing and overseeing private financing for lender clients.
