Colleen Horner

Colleen is a Paralegal in the Capital Markets and M&A Group in the Vancouver office.  Colleen has experience in a wide range of securities law matters, including shareholder meetings, Annual Information Forms, Prospectuses and reports and documentation relating to continuous and ongoing disclosure matters.  Prior to joining McMillan, Colleen spent seven years in the Securities Practice Group in the Vancouver office of a leading International Law Firm.
