Danica Jorgenson is developing a broad practice in business law. Her work encompasses general corporate transactions, corporate and commercial matters, and mergers and acquisitions.
Danica joined McMillan as an associate after articling at the firm. During law school, Danica was co-president of the Feminist Legal Association and the Mental Health and the Law Society. Danica also volunteered with the Fredericton Legal Advise Clinic and the Sexual Violence New Brunswick while at law school and is now a member of the National Steering Committee for the National Association of Women and the Law.
