Hamza Bettah is excited to return to McMillan as an articling student, having previously worked as a summer student with the firm.
During his legal studies, Hamza was heavily involved with Queen’s Law’s Intellectual Property Law Club (IPLC). He served as 1L Representative and contributed to the development of an informative guidebook describing the patenting process. He then assumed the role of Director of Finance of the IPLC. Prior to Law School, Hamza completed an Honours Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Human Biology at the University of Toronto with High Distinction.
Beyond academics, Hamza has an entrepreneurial mindset. He has opened and operated an online retail business. He is eager to bring his array of experiences and skills to the McMillan team.
