E-Discovery is the process in which electronic data is sought, located, secured, and searched with the intent of using it as evidence in civil, criminal or regulatory compliance matters. Hannah is part of the McMillan E-Discovery Services team that helps with the identification, preservation and collection, processing, reviewing and production of electronic data in all legal cases. With the help of a vetted third-party vendor, the e-discovery team can create databases for your client’s records, add your opponent’s documents, assist with data analysis and searching, manage e-discovery projects and help you conduct electronic discoveries and trials.
