Meagan Moulton is an Associate with the Financial Services practice at McMillan. She previously completed her articling term at the firm.

Meagan assists Canadian and international clients on a range of private and public corporate matters. Prior to joining the law firm, Meagan worked with McMillan Vantage, McMillan’s affiliated public affairs agency. While there, she provided clients with support to address their regulatory, communications, and strategic needs.

Meagan holds a JD from the University of Western Ontario. Prior to her legal studies, she earned her undergraduate degree – an Honours Business Administration with distinction — from the Ivey Business School where she engaged in case competitions and worked as part of a team providing pro-bono strategy consulting work.
