Michelle is a securities law clerk with the Capital Markets and M&A Group in the firm’s Toronto office. She routinely assists lawyers with public and private placement offerings, prospectus and continuous disclosure filings via SEDAR, insider reporting via SEDI, preparing and filing reports of exempt distribution and shareholder meeting services. Michelle also assists dealer, adviser and investment fund manager clients with registration and ongoing regulatory filings through the National Registration Database. Prior to joining McMillan, Michelle spent over seven years working in-house for a TSX listed oil and gas company.
