Rédha Ait

Rédha Ait is a talented lawyer developing a broad practice in business law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, securities and financing.

In addition to reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, Rédha performs due diligence and research work. He has managed several large corporate files and analyzed legal issues to identify risks related to various transactions and business operations. Rédha also provides counsel on several complex commercial and transactional issues.

During his studies, he completed a summer semester at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing as well as an internship in international corporate law at the Guangdong International Business Law Firm in Guangzhou, China. Rédha was on the Dean’s Honour List of the University of Montréal.
