Sahista Fitter

Sahista Fitter is a law clerk providing assistance and support on various matters relating to commercial leasing. In addition to drafting and reviewing commercial leases for both landlords and tenants, Sahista registers notices of lease.

Prior to joining McMillan, Sahista worked as a law clerk in the commercial leasing groups at other law firms, where she assisted lawyers and senior law clerks. Her experience includes meeting with clients, drafting agreements of purchase and sale, and performing title and off-title searches. She also prepared requisition letters, closing documents, and title documents for registration on Teraview.
