Sharon is a paralegal in the firm’s Vancouver office in the Capital Markets and M&A Group, joining the firm in 2002. Sharon assists members of the firm and the firm’s clients in the preparation of diverse areas of securities work relating to the preparation of agreements, annual meeting documents, public offerings, annual information forms, and continuous disclosure documents, and also in administering and managing securities transactions, including SEDAR and SEDI filings. Sharon has over 20 years of experience in the legal environment.
Prior to joining the firm, Sharon worked as a paralegal with other major law firms in Vancouver and as a legal secretary with major law firms in Ontario.
