Susan is the National Manager, Corporate Services of the firm’s Corporate Services Department and has been with the firm since 1999. Susan assists the firm’s lawyers and other firm members with a wide-range of corporate transactions, incorporations, extraprovincial registrations, share transactions, amalgamations, continuations, dissolutions, restorations and assisting lawyers with corporate reorganizations.
