As Director, Law Clerks and Paralegals, Victoria Snook is responsible for all aspects of the national law clerk and paralegal program at McMillan. Overseeing hiring and performance management, she provides leadership on continuing legal education for the team as well as process and workflow development.
In addition to ensuring the effective utilization of law clerks and paralegals across the firm’s practice areas, she takes responsibility for the quality of their work in conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, liaising with clients, and providing guidance on processes and procedures.
Prior to rejoining McMillan in 2019, Victoria held the role of director of law clerks for the Ontario region of another national firm, having previously served as manager, corporate services for McMillan’s Toronto office.
