Adriana Rudensky practises business law with an emphasis on franchising and distribution. Domestic and international businesses benefit from her significant experience in negotiated transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. She also prepares and negotiates complex commercial agreements and other corporate documents.

In addition to general corporate and commercial advice, Adriana provides counsel and representation to clients across numerous industries on matters relating to franchise and distribution, including regulatory and disclosure compliance, as well as drafting and negotiating franchise agreements.
