Alan Laking is building a business law practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate transactions.

With significant experience in the review of commercial agreements, particularly relating to supply and distribution, Alan is also involved in general contract work. His role on M&A files includes performing due diligence, drafting transaction documents and managing closings.

Joining McMillan as a summer student in 2016, Alan completed his articles with the firm in 2018.
