Alexandra Levine’s practice focuses on representing clients in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Her broad litigation experience includes complex commercial disputes, commercial and residential tenancy issues, administrative law and human rights claims, employment disputes, estate litigation, construction disputes and creditor and debtor remedies. Her background also includes employment law, occupational health & safety and immigration.

Alexandra works with clients from pre-suit to appeal. She has appeared before the British Columbia and Ontario Provincial and Supreme Courts, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, as well as various administrative tribunals. She has also guided clients to successful conclusions in mediations and settlement negotiations.

After articling with a national law firm in Toronto, Alex relocated to Vancouver to practice civil litigation at a regional firm before joining McMillan.
