Alison Macdonald

Alison is a junior paralegal in the Capital Markets group in the Vancouver office. She is a recent graduate of the of the Legal Studies (paralegal) program at Capilano University. Alison first joined the firm in the summer of 2022 as a paralegal practicum student. Her responsibilities include drafting and filing of documentation relating to private placements, annual meetings, continuous disclosure, and other documents related to public companies.
