Amanda DiFebo is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group in Toronto. With specific expertise in new homes and condominium development law, she is responsible for all aspects of condominium and subdivision transactions.
In overseeing the intake of purchase and sale agreements and administering condominium deposits, Amanda maintains regular communications with developers, financial institutions and purchasers’ solicitors. She also handles closings of subdivision lots and condominium units (interim and final closings) for multiple large projects.
