Amir Kashdaran has over 17 years of experience offering a full range of legal advisory services to national and international companies in a variety of fields, including technology, intellectual property, privacy and data protection, and commercial law.

Amir represents numerous mid-market companies that have developed cutting-edge technologies. He advises them on marketing their products and services, supporting their development and growth strategy, and helping them manage the complexities of highly competitive markets. He offers expertise in complex software licensing, technology, smart products, the development or use of artificial intelligence technologies and is frequently consulted on intellectual property protection, data protection and privacy, and data monetization.

Prior to joining McMillan, Amir was a General Counsel at a global software development company.
