Amy is a securities law clerk with the Capital Markets and M&A Group in the firm’s Toronto office. She routinely assists lawyers with public and private placement offerings, prospectus and continuous disclosure filings via SEDAR, insider reporting via SEDI, and preparing and filing reports of exempt distribution. Amy also assists dealer, adviser and investment fund manager clients with registration and ongoing regulatory filings through the National Registration Database.
