- Acted as lead lender’s counsel on a $30 million loan to a Canadian Oil and Gas company.
- Acted for lead lender in respect of $47 million syndicated loan made to a development corporation to finance the construction of a condominium tower in Calgary.
- Acted for lender in respect of project financing facilities provided to a power corporation to finance the construction of two fifteen mega-watt gas to power projects which use natural gas to generate power from two turbines.
