Carole Redwood is a law clerk in our Commercial Real Estate Group in Toronto with over 30 years of experience. Carole is experienced in a wide variety of real estate matters, including residential and commercial acquisitions, dispositions and financing. Carole specializes in all aspects of condominium and subdivision development and sales from onset to completion. Her work includes drafting and preparing interim and final documentation and administering and managing bulk condominium unit and home sales. Carole has experience with all aspects of deposit administration, including communications with Tarion and various deposit sureties, managing deposit monies for multiple large projects and completion of all security and registration documents.
