Catherine Burrogano is building a practice in business law and financial services law. She assists clients in matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, general corporate transactions, commercial financing, asset-based financing, acquisition financing and real estate financing.
In addition to a wide range of corporate documents, Catherine drafts and reviews officer’s certificates, loan agreements, corporate resolutions, co-lender agreements, legal opinions and a variety of security documents.
During her legal studies, Catherine worked with a notarial law firm, drafting documents such as deeds of sale and easement, and declarations of co-ownership. She also conducted case law studies for real estate clients.
