Catherine Burrogano photo

Catherine Burrogano is building a broad practice in business law. She assists clients in matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, private equity files and general corporate transactions.

In addition to reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, Catherine performs due diligence and manages closing deliveries on complex transactions. She also analyzes legal issues in order to perform risk assessments for clients.

During her legal studies, Catherine worked with a notarial law firm, where she drafted documents such as deeds of sale and declarations of co-ownership. She also conducted case law studies for real estate clients.

Catherine completed a summer semester at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, as well as at the Institute for Technology and Society of Rio de Janeiro. Catherine also holds a certificate for her completion of an intensive program on negotiation at Harvard Law School.
