Cathy Tran

Cathy Tran is a promising lawyer building a practice in business law and financial services.

On business law matters, Cathy specialises in assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions. She assists in the drafting and negotiation of shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and other commercial agreements. Her role also includes carrying out due diligence and managing documents relating to the closing of complex transactions.

On financial services matters, Cathy participates in the drafting and revision of loan agreements, corporate resolutions, intercreditor agreements, legal opinions and various other documents.

While studying, she gained experience through an internship at the Superior Court of Québec and a role at an administrative tribunal. She first joined the firm as a summer student, then articled with the firm.
