Cecilia is a paralegal in the Corporate Services of our Vancouver office. Cecilia assists the Firm’s lawyers and clients with a variety of corporate transactions, including incorporations and organizations, extraprovincial registrations, continuations, dissolutions and restorations. Her experience also includes assisting lawyers with transactions such as re-organizations, share transactions, amalgamations and all other areas of corporate maintenance.
