Cecilia is a paralegal of the Capital Markets and M&A Group and has been with the firm since 2005. She works on both Canadian and U.S. securities transactions including private placements, financings, reorganizations, exchange listings, and public offerings. She is also involved in the preparation and EDGAR filing of SEC registration statements, annual reports on Form 10-K, quarterly reports on Form 10-Q, current reports on Form 8-K, and beneficial ownership and insider reports.
Prior to joining the firm, Cecilia worked as a paralegal with other Vancouver law firms.
