Conner Wylie is an associate with the Regulatory practice at McMillan. His practice includes corporate and commercial transactions, specifically in the natural resources sector. Conner comes to the firm with experience assisting companies with merger and acquisition transactions, purchase and sales of assets and shares, commercial arrangements and corporate reorganizations. He also has experience with option agreements, joint ventures and mining-industry-specific agreements.
Conner obtained his JD from the University of British Columbia, where he acted as Chairperson of the Allard Law Students’ Society Careers Committee and served as an assistant editor of the UBC Law Review.
