Craig Harkness is an accomplished commercial real estate lawyer with a secondary focus on commercial lending matters.

With extensive expertise in a range of commercial real estate matters, Craig advises on acquisitions and divestitures, development, ownership structures, mortgage financings and leases. He represents purchasers, vendors, developers, landlords, and tenants of commercial real estate properties.

As part of his commercial lending practice, Craig represents clients in secured and unsecured financings, domestic and cross-border lending, syndicated financings, and loan realizations and workouts.
