Daniela is a 2L student completing her JD at Osgoode Hall Law School. Daniela is returning to McMillan after completing her 1L summer at the Firm.

During her first year at Osgoode, Daniela pursued her interest in advocacy by participating in a number of moots including advancing to the semi-finals in the annual Lerners Cup Moot and acting as an executive board member of the Osgoode Society for Civil Litigation. In her second year, Daniela was selected to represent Osgoode as an oralist at the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association Cup where she won best team and best closing statement. In Daniela’s final year, she will be working at the Osgoode Business Clinic which provides legal services to selected small business enterprises.

Prior to law school, Daniela competed a Bachelor of Arts from Western University with an honours specialization in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. Daniela graduated with a gold medal after obtaining the highest cumulative average in this program as well as an award for the program’s best senior paper of the year.
