Danielle Karlin

Danielle Karlin is an Associate in the Tax practice at McMillan.

She has experience in a wide variety of tax areas, having worked on files for publicly traded companies and on private asset and share purchase transactions as well as tax reorganizations. She has assisted on various litigious tax concepts and drafted factums, as well notices of objection and responsive submissions to the CRA.

Bilingual in English and French, Danielle graduated from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law.
