Danielle is developing a growing litigation and employment and labour practice focused on general commercial litigation and dispute resolution, employment standards compliance, human rights and accommodation, occupational health and safety, wrongful dismissals, and labour arbitrations.

Danielle joined McMillan as an associate after completing her articles with the firm. During her legal studies, Danielle completed a judicial externship with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. She also acted as a student attorney for the University of Detroit Mercy Federal Pro Se Clinic and provided limited-scope pro bono legal assistance to pro se litigants in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Danielle was also a teaching assistant for first-year legal research and writing.

Danielle holds a JD from both the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. Prior to law school, Danielle obtained her MBA from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary and spent over ten years working in marketing and advertising.
