David Diep

David Diep is a paralegal in the firm’s Financial Services Group. He assists the firm’s Financial Services Group lawyers and other firm members in all aspects of banking and secured transactional work.

David’s responsibilities include conducting and analyzing due diligence searches in Alberta and other provinces, attend to PPSA registrations, preparation of related financial services documentation, reviewing various documentation related to commercial real estate and financial services transactions, ordering and negotiating title insurance policies and disbursement of loan proceeds to various stakeholders.
