David Dudkiewicz advises clients on all aspects of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, secured financings and development.

Acting for lenders and borrowers across a wide range of industries, David leverages his holistic understanding of the divergent priorities and goals of stakeholders to bring complex, multi-party transactions to successful close.

Prior to joining McMillan, David acted as counsel to a public issuer in the oil and gas sector and served as its corporate secretary.
