Elayna Dushenski is developing a broad practice in litigation, and in restructuring and insolvency law. Her growing practice encompasses a range of commercial and corporate matters, as well as various restructuring proceedings. In addition, Elayna is a frequent volunteer with the Civil Claims Duty Counsel project at the Calgary Courts Centre, providing legal assistance to self-represented individuals with matters in the Alberta Court of Justice.

Elayna rejoined McMillan as an associate after completing her articles with the firm. During her legal studies, Elayna was involved as an Executive on the Women’s Law Forum at the University of Alberta. She was also an active volunteer with Student Legal Services, providing legal information and assistance to low-income community members and as a literacy advocate in various correctional facilities.
