Eric Stachecki is an experienced litigation lawyer with a growing practice focused on product liability and regulation. He represents clients in a range of industries, including aviation and manufacturing, as well as banking and finance.
Eric has appeared before the Québec court, the Superior Court of Québec and the Court of Appeal of Québec. He has also appeared before various administrative tribunals, including the Financial Markets Administrative Tribunal, on matters related to construction, tendering, leasing disputes, collection matters and secured recoveries.
Prior to joining McMillan, Eric practised civil and commercial litigation, and banking litigation at other firms.
