Francesca D’Aquila-Kelly’s practice is focused on litigation and dispute resolution. A dedicated and confident litigator, she represents private and public corporations, municipalities, educational institutions and other entities in matters related to class actions, occupiers’ liability, product liability and property development disputes.

She has appeared before and conducted trials in the Ontario Small Claims Court and the Ontario Court of Justice (Provincial Offences Court) and has experience responding to appeals in the Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Land Tribunal and the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario.

During law school, Francesca acted as student coordinator for the Peer Mentorship Program, where she oversaw 350 program participants. She also acted as president of Windsor Law in the Defence of the Wrongfully Convicted, now called Innocence Windsor.
