Gabrielle Lachance Touchette is a talented litigation lawyer building a broad practice focused on class actions, as well as competition, antitrust and foreign investment. Her growing client base includes businesses in manufacturing and aviation, as well as media, communications and entertainment.

Prior to joining McMillan in 2018, Gabrielle practised law in the area of professional liability. She has appeared before all levels of courts in Québec, including the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal.

During her law studies, Gabrielle gained valuable experience assisting a Superior Court judge.

In addition to her law studies, Gabrielle obtained an MBA degree.
