Guneev Bhinder Photo

Guneev Bhinder has a broad commercial litigation practice with a focus on complex disputes in banking and finance, securities litigation, arbitration and corporate governance and insolvency matters.

Guneev has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court and the Divisional Court. She regularly represents clients before the Commercial List Court in Toronto. She is an active member of The Advocates’ Society and volunteers for Pro Bono Law Ontario.

Writing on a variety of subjects, Guneev has co-authored articles on insider trading, the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, and the effects of COVID-19 on insolvencies in the cannabis industry

During law school, Guneev served as a teaching assistant for the Dispute Resolution Practicum and a senior caseworker at the Business Law Clinic.
