I am very excited to return to McMillan as an articling student after a wonderful summer with the firm. I look forward to further developing my legal skills and receiving excellent mentorship in McMillan’s collaborative and supportive environment.

I recently graduated from the JD program at Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law (TRU). While at TRU, I held seats on student government advisory boards, facilitated negotiation events, and developed an application to improve the mental well-being of legal professionals. I was an Editor for the Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law, as well as the Co-President of both the TRU Women & Law Society and the TRU Natural Resources and Environmental Law Club.

Prior to law school, I attended Western University (Western) where I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. While at Western, I started three student organizations, was a student council member, volunteered as a literacy tutor for marginalized youth and taught conversational English to newcomers to Canada.

In my spare time, I am a passionate mentor and avid runner. I enjoy spending time outside with friends, painting and writing poetry.
