Hannah Johnson is a talented lawyer with a broad practice in competition, antitrust and foreign investment. She provides counsel in all areas of competition law, including merger review, abuse of dominance, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, civil litigation, marketing and distribution practices, cartel investigations and regulatory compliances. Additionally, Hannah advises on foreign investment merger review under the Investment Canada Act.
As part of her practice, Hannah represents and advises a wide range of clients across the agricultural, telecommunication, manufacturing, retail and technology industries.
Hannah serves as second vice chair of the Canadian Bar Association Competition Litigation Committee and takes an active role participating in and coordinating speaking engagements and commentary on all forms of civil litigation before the courts and the Competition Tribunal.
