Hannah Johnson
Hannah Johnson is an Associate in the Competition, Antitrust & Foreign Investment practice at McMillan.
Hannah has responded to Competition Bureau Requests for Information, attended negotiations with the Competition Bureau, and provided a range of client services including reviewing key contracts, executing memos, interpreting case law, and corresponding with corporate, banking, litigation and tax clients. While with the Ontario Ministry of Finance, she examined tax policy with the Tax Anti-Avoidance Unit and identified procedural disparities for the Prosecutions, Bonds, Litigation and Pension Groups.
A graduate of the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, Hannah has contributed to her community through volunteer roles with Amnesty International’s Digital Verification Corps and Artist Legal Advice Services Ontario.
