Holly Sherlock is building a commercial litigation practice focused on environmental and tax matters. She has significant experience advising on general corporate commercial and regulatory matters, and providing representation in complex contractual disputes.

As part of her environmental practice Holly provides general advice and guidance on regulations under the Environmental Protection Act and other legislation. She offers particular expertise on matters relating to contamination.

Recently expanding her practice into the area of tax law, Holly is also involved in tax appeals and defending tax prosecutions. She has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
