Iain Tape

Iain is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets group in our Vancouver office. He advises clients on a range of corporate and securities law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings and private equity transactions. He also provides ongoing advice to clients on a number of related matters, including securities regulatory compliance, continuous disclosure obligations, stock exchange matters and general corporate law.
