Jenny Tran is a summer student at McMillan.
During her legal studies, Jenny volunteered as a mentor to fellow law students and as a student volunteer at Pro Bono Students Canada where she provided legal information and assistance to non-profit organizations that support people and communities facing barriers to justice. Jenny also received the Sir-Lomer-Gouin award of excellence for obtaining the second highest academic average among her cohort during her first year of law school.
Prior to attending law school, Jenny completed a paralegal technology program that allowed her to serve as a court clerk at the Superior Court of Québec in civil and family matters, where she had the opportunity to collaborate with various judges. Additionally, Jenny has gained varied work experiences as both a server and a barista, which fostered her customer-oriented mindset.
