Jessica is a paralegal in the Capital Markets group of the Montreal office.
Her responsibilities include drafting and filing documents relating to private placements, continuous disclosure and other public company documents. Prior to joining McMillan, Jessica worked for over three years in-house at an investment fund management firm.
