Jessica Villella

Jessica Villella is a paralegal in the Financial Services and Commercial Real Estate groups where she assists lawyers in secured lending and real estate transactions. She works with borrowers, real estate developers and a variety of lenders including financial institutions, private and mezzanine lenders.

Jessica regularly drafts transactional documents, conducts and analyzes due diligence, perfects security interests by way of registrations, completes applications for registration at the Land Title Office and attends to and facilitates closings.
