As Director of Professional Excellence, National, Judith is responsible for the professional development of the firm’s legal professionals, together with other national talent management priorities and initiatives. She is committed to delivering practical, innovative programs that support the advancement of legal knowledge, client service skills and business development expertise. Before joining McMillan LLP, Judith practised labour and employment law in Vancouver as an associate and then as a partner. Called to the B.C. bar in 1996, Judith holds an LLB from Dalhousie University and an LLM from the University of Ottawa. She is currently a non-practising member of the Law Society of British Columbia. Judith brings with her significant experience in a wide range of workplace issues gained through her years of practice, as well as 10 years as the firm’s Director of Professional Resources for Vancouver and Calgary.
