Julie Han practises financial services law, advising on all types of syndicated and complex bilateral transactions.

Representing both borrowers and lenders, Julie provides counsel on project financing, commercial debt financing and secured lending.

Julie’s extensive experience in project finance includes assisting private sector partners, finance parties and major contractors on a wide variety of P3 projects. She has been involved in some of McMillan’s most significant P3 engagements across all asset classes, including rail, highways, bridges, hospitals, universities and other infrastructure.
