Having completed my second year at Osgoode Hall Law School, I am excited to be joining the McMillan team as a summer student.

While in law school, I have become actively involved in the community as a member of the Osgoode Business Law Society, Osgoode Entertainment & Sports Law Association, and the Osgoode’s Women Network, where I volunteer as an upper year mentor. Beyond the Osgoode community, I worked with Pro Bono Students Canada as a Legal Research and Writing Volunteer for the access to justice organization Legal Line, and as a workshop facilitator with Law in Action Within Schools.

I spent last summer working at a sole practitioner’s office, where I assisted with real estate and corporate transactions, drafting wills, and participating in client meetings. I previously spent two summers working at a national insurance company as part of the market reservation and claims groups.

Prior to law school, I attended Queen’s University where I completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Applied Economics and a Certificate of Business from the Smith School of Business. At Queen’s, I worked as a Teaching Assistant within the School of Policy Studies and was Treasurer of the Queen’s Pre-Law Society. The highlights of my undergraduate experience include participating in several initiatives aimed at female empowerment, volunteering with the Kingston Humane Society, and working at the Queen’s Pub.

In my spare time, I enjoy baking, spin classes, and travelling.
